2026 - 2027 Meeting/Event Information

At NSA-MN we strive to provide our members and guests with the very best programming designed to inspire and share expertise in aspects of growing your speaking, training, or coaching business. Most of our guest speakers have been awarded the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation-one of the highest designations that can be attained as a professional speaker.
Our event season begins in September and extends through May. We provide 8 regular chapter meetings, each 3-4 hours in length generally on Fridays starting at 8:30am. At most meetings, a meal is provided.
In addition to our chapter events, we will host several socials, deep dives, and fireside chats throughout the year, capitalizing on the remarkable talent we have within our chapter.
We hope to see you soon.
If you’ve never attended a NSA-MN event, we invite you to join us for your first event at 50% off of the registration fee. To receive this discount, select "First Time Guest" when you register for the program.

Speaking is just one way to make an impact—but it’s not the only way, and for many, it’s not even the best way. Training allows you to go beyond the stage, beyond one-time events, and into deeper, more meaningful work that creates lasting change. Imagine building long-term partnerships where you work with the same organization over multiple sessions, creating real transformation, rather than constantly chasing new clients for single engagements. This is the power of training. Whether you want to supplement your speaking or focus entirely on training, this session will help you build a profitable, sustainable business by mastering the structure, content, and sales of training. If you want to move beyond applause and into real, lasting impact—while building a business that doesn’t rely on the next speaking gig—this session is for you!
- The Marketing of Training - How to position yourself as a trainer and land long-term clients.
- The Structure of Training – How to put together and organize training programs for consistent revenue rather than one-off gigs.
- The Content of Training - How to develop interactive, engaging, and results-driven training that participants love.
- The Sales of Training - How to create and package training programs that align with client budgets and maximize profitability.
- The Impact of Training - How to ensure your training delivers measurable change, making you referable and in demand.
If you want to move beyond applause and into real, lasting impact—while building a business that doesn’t rely on the next speaking gig—this session is for you!
