About Ann:

Ann McNeill is President and CEO of MCO Construction, one of South Florida’s leading African American female-owned construction firms. Since 1980, she has guided the company’s work on numerous major projects, including Miami International Airport, Miami’s professional sports facilities, municipal buildings, and airport projects in Dallas and Atlanta. She also serves as President of MCO Consulting, specializing in outreach, monitoring, and compliance for public-sector projects, and formerly served with distinction on the National Speakers Association Board of Directors.

Beyond construction, Ann is a successful entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and author who is passionate about helping others build a strong foundation for personal and professional success. Recognizing the need for greater representation of women—particularly Black women—in construction, she founded the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) to create opportunities, mentorship, and pathways into construction and STEM careers.

Ann is also President and Founder of the McNeill Factor International Mastermind Association and has been recognized for both her industry leadership and community service. Her accomplishments have been featured in Black Enterprise, USA Today, and ABC’s World News. In 2023, she was inducted into the National Academy of Construction and received the National Association of Women in Construction DEI Award.

Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Memorial College (University) and a master’s degree in finance from Barry University.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you are not able to attend an event that you have paid for. All attendees are factored into our event expenses and therefore, we are not able to offer refunds, but would be happy to move your registration to the next event for you. NSA Minnesota reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event sponsored by NSA-MN, without the expressed written permission of those in the photograph or video.
